Hayley Orrantia, she is an American singer-songwriter and actress. Her most well-known roles is Erica Goldberg who stars in The Goldbergs, the comedy television show. Her primary focus is as a performer. She says that music is always been her primary passion. At the age 12, she had taken serious enough about music to start professional training. At the age of 13 She began to write herself songs. The first album she released as a cover didn't come out until 14 years later. It was the beginning of her career. Orrantia is a native of America and has Hispanic roots. While she has never lived in or spoke Spanish in Mexico However, she is extremely proud of her Hispanic roots. She endeavours to maintain it through studying Spanish and writing songs in the Spanish language. "Hasta Verte" which is a song with Spanish lyrics that she's recorded can be a perfect illustration. The summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the premiere season of The X Factor. Orrantia won the first season of the X Factor when she uploaded a YouTube audition video. She received the four "yes" vote of the judge in the live stage show in Seattle. The first time she auditioned, she was solo however, during "Hollywood Week" she was paired with three other female vocalists to form a trio during remaining auditions. The group was eliminated at the 5th week during the live performance.
