Luciana Paoluzzi, as well as Maria Rota Paoluzzi were raised in Rome. Luciana Paoluzzi is the daughter of Manlio Paoluzzi (an Italian military officer) and Maria Rota Paoluzzi (a mistress to Benito Mussolini). There is no information about her having siblings. Luciana is the only female to have graduated in her high school class in Milan. Luciana also studied nautical engineering in Milan. Luciana began as a fashion model after just two years.
