Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an American author of cookbooks on cooking and Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa which began broadcasting in 2002 has 27 seasons until 2020. Ina Garten began her professional career at the White House where she wrote nuclear energy policies and budget papers. Although she found her job interesting initially, she eventually lost her interest in it and decided to purchase a smaller specialty store called Barefoot Contessa. Before selling the business, she spent 18 years building it into the most successful shop. Then, a number of cookbooks were published and she also wrote columns for magazines. The Food Network TV show also debuted which was an enormous success. Ina sells a variety of items, from the ingredients needed for cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina has never attended a cookery school nor worked in a restaurant. Ina is a self-taught cook. Ina is known for her relaxed approach to making food and hosting. Some of her most popular recipes include Skillet - Roasted Lemon Chicken Mac and Cheese, Beef bourguignon, Mac and cheese with Beatty's Chocolate Cake as well as Lemon Bars.
